Alpaca's (Judy & P.J)
Alpaca's are members of the camalid family.
They have been bred for thousands of years
for their fine fibre.
A baby alpaca is called a cria.
There are two types of alpacas.
The Huacaya are the most common
as ours on display.
The Suri has straight lustrous locks that fall like ring lets.
Alpacas come in 22
different colours. |
